In the menu “Setup an exercise” the first section is “Properties”, and there are different items listed.
- Name: Where you can name the exercise you will create.
- Max duration: How many time you need for the exercise? Write it in seconds.
- Repetitions: In case you want the user to execute the excercise more than one time, you can set up a number here. This is an optional setting.
- Required objects: Some exercises needs equipment as a ball, a pull-up bar, etc. If this option is selected, the excercise won’t be mark as complete unless the object is present during the excercise.
